The lead-around of the Treble Jig and Light Jig

The Treble Jig and Light Jig are now more or less the most important. As I know the Single Jig and Reel by now, I temporarily focus on other dances.
What I notice: at least participating in the competition has done wonders for my self-confidence and I feel I am more confident in what I need to do, at least I feel more relaxed.

Troublesome Light Jig

That Light Jig however, continues to be nothing but trouble. I didn't practice it as I got ill a week ago and wasn't able to do anything for 4 days. I noticed I lost energy because of it: everything took considerably more effort. To spare myself I don't take the bicycle to work.
It doesn't help much. On my way to danceclass the yawning starts and when I exit the second bus on my way to the building, I get even more tired. Once in the hall I let myself fall on a chair... I made it, but I can't say I like it.

When I put my feet in my soft-shoes, the cramps immediately start in both feet and I take my sneakers out to dance on.

High speed for the Treble Jig

As much as I'd love to, I can't make the lead-around of the Treble Jig look like a circle at all. When my teacher shows it, I also notice the speed I need is very high. I also have to step on my heel for 3 times, but I'm terrified to do so.
Due to the speed, I get confused and step on the wrong heel as well. As I'm not used to using my left heel that much I lose my balance. I'm just scared to fall down. Nothing more, nothing less. I need to practice...
