Bad practice ánd class

Practice at home was no good at all and at dance-class I just can't keep my head to it. It's surprising how I go over my Reel without a problem one week and have great trouble keeping up with the tempo the next.

I am a wreck though: right before the holidays a severe stomach-flu hit me that left me cripled. After only 8 bars of music I'm drained and I'm breathing heavy like mad. The teacher decides to stick to practice stretching and forget about the dances. At this moment, I just can't keep up with the tempo and it takes to much strength.

A look back...

I do look back on the past 3 months. I'm quite astound by what I have achieved so far, how my fitness has improved and also how I gained self-esteem.
At class, It's about my meself and I really don't give a damn what those girls think of me (they aren't the ones to make a remark about it anyway)
